Minimum Order is $200. Reorder minimum is $125.

Orders that do not meet this criteria will not be processed. Payment must be made by pre-paid check, credit card payment. (There will be a $35 fee for returned checks)

Lead Time

Please allow 10-12 business days for shipping. This will allow production time. Please be advised times may increase during peak season which all customers will be notified if that occurs.

Samples

We offer 1 ounce samples at a reduced price.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. We ship via Fed Ex Ground and UPS. We will provide you with a tracking number upon shipment. Second Line Candle Company, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered. Please take adequate precautions to make sure your orders are delivered to you safely. 

Returns

We do not accept returns. Please review your order thoroughly prior to submission. 

Please report all damages and provide photo verification within 5 days of receiving order. After a review of your request and verification of damages, an exchange will be completed or a credit will be applied to a future purchase. Exchanges or credit toward future purchases will be based on the value of merchandise at the time of purchase. Shipping fees are not refundable.
