Shipping and Returns
Due to the global labor crisis, shipping may be delayed.
All candles will be shipped in standard shipping boxes.
Second Line Candle Co. ships UPS and USPS. Most orders ship same day if placed by 2PM CST. Please be advised that shipping charges are calculated by the carrier. Tracking information will be provided when it becomes available. You can inquire about shipment tracking via email secondlinecc@outlook.com
Please make sure that you verify the shipping address on the verification page during the checkout process. Failure to ensure that the information you provide is correct may result in either a delay or non deliverable item. If this occurs, Second Line Candle Co. will not be held liable for undeliverable items and no refunds or credits will be issued.
Standard orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Custom orders may takes 7 to 10 business days for production and shipping. During the summer, because of extreme temperatures, to avoid melting, shipments will ONLY take place Monday through Wednesday. (This is to ensure that the shipment does not remain in the packing facility for extended periods of time.) We are currently only shipping to US and territories, there is NO international shipping available at this time.
We do NOT accept any returns. While Second Line Candle Co. ensures that you will receive a quality handcrafted product, there may be a slight contrast in each candle as they are hand poured. If for any reason you wish to express dissatisfaction with your product, we ask that you do so within 5 days of receiving your order for additional resolution options.
Damages. If an item is damaged, it must be photographed and sent via email with a full description to secondlinecc@outlook.com. Please keep the item(s) in its original packaging until it has been successfully documented to the carrier. Second Line Candle co. will file a damage claim on your behalf and can either replace the damaged item(s) or apply a credit to a future order as NO Refunds will be given.
Any unapproved cancellations, returns or refused orders will be subject to a 15% restocking fee in addition to freight charges.
Refunds. No refunds will be given. By purchasing our products, you agree that you are aware about the safe, proper storage and use of the products that you purchase.
